These terms govern the use of the newsletters, communities, software and other services (the "Services") provided by Manabu Company Limited ("we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms.
The content, price and delivery method of each Service are described on its product page. We may change, add or discontinue Services. If we discontinue a paid Service, we give at least 30 days' notice.
Fees are as displayed. Monthly plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
All text, audio, images and software provided through the Services belong to us or their rightful owners. Use beyond personal, non-commercial purposes is not permitted.
The Services reflect our own experience and opinions and do not guarantee any particular result. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the Services. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may revise these terms. Revised terms take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Services.
